TEN REASONS TO HAVE A VISIONARY ON THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Visionaries see "what could be" before the competition

A visionary :
- is a veritable idea machine
- sees the bigger picture
- keeps a finger on the pulse of their industry
- sees emerging patterns before everybody else
- relentlessly pursues new products and services.
- is a driving force behind successful companies
- fosters a state of perpetual restlessness
- drags their more conservative financial, technical, and operating colleagues (often kicking and screaming) into the future
- is a wealth builder
- poses a threat to competitors
